Website Use

This website provides general information about ArcTron Group and our home improvement, remodeling, repair, and renovation services. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the website.

No Contract From Website Use

Website content, emails, calls, texts, photos, and general discussions do not create a contract, guarantee service availability, reserve a schedule, or require ArcTron Group to accept a project. A project is accepted only when the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and schedule are confirmed in a separate written estimate, proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Estimates, Pricing, and Changes

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Final pricing may change if the requested scope changes, hidden conditions are discovered, materials change in price or availability, additional work is requested, or site conditions differ from what was originally described or visible. Changes to scope, materials, schedule, or price should be confirmed in writing.

Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, inspections, site readiness, customer approvals, change requests, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, securing pets and personal belongings, clearing work areas when requested, and identifying known hazards, utilities, leaks, structural concerns, or other conditions that may affect the work.

Payments and Materials

Deposits, progress payments, final payments, material purchases, and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or written agreement. Materials may vary in color, texture, grain, finish, or availability. Special-order, custom-order, or opened materials may not be returnable.

Permits, Codes, and Third Parties

If permits, inspections, licensed specialty trades, utility coordination, engineering, design services, HOA approvals, or landlord approvals are needed, responsibilities and costs should be confirmed in the written project documents. ArcTron Group is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, agencies, inspectors, suppliers, utility providers, HOAs, landlords, or customer-selected products or contractors.

Workmanship and Warranties

Any workmanship warranty, product warranty, correction period, or exclusion must be stated in the applicable written estimate, invoice, or agreement. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer. ArcTron Group is not responsible for normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, movement in existing structures, moisture problems, pre-existing defects, customer supplied materials, or work performed by others.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

We try to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Photos, text, logos, graphics, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to ArcTron Group and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

Photos and Marketing

We may document work for project records, quality control, warranty, insurance, or portfolio purposes. We will not intentionally publish photos that identify you, your family, or private areas of your property for marketing without appropriate permission.

Limitation of Liability

ArcTron Group is not responsible for damages resulting from use of this website, inability to access the website, or reliance on general website information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcTron Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to website use or general website information.

Governing Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Project-specific agreements may include additional or different terms.
